LOS ARCHIVOS DE COVIFER

La investigación en Ciencias Sociales se soporta en su mayor parte en la consulta en archivos y en fuentes primarias. Esto puede resultar obvio, pero es necesario recordarlo porque con demasiada frecuencia se recurre a fuentes o reelaboraciones de dudosa procedencia y escasa fiabilidad en muchas investigaciones. Tal y como recordaba Carlo M. Cipolla, el investigador social se distingue del novelista en que no inventa lo que cuenta, sino que reconstruye y organiza su argumento a partir de los datos que aporta como base, a través de las notas que avalan dicha información. THE COVIFER ARCHIVES

Social science research relies for the most part on consultation of archives and primary sources. This may seem obvious, but it is necessary to remember it because too often sources or re-elaborations of dubious provenance and unreliability are used in much research. As Carlo M. Cipolla reminded us, the social researcher differs from the novelist in that he does not invent what he tells, but reconstructs and organises his argument on the basis of the data he provides as a basis, through the notes that support this information. La legislación sobre vivienda durante el franquismo estuvo sometida a lo dispuesto sucesivamente en las leyes de 1939, 1954 y 1968, con sus respectivos reglamentos, además de la ley de cooperación de 1942, su reglamento de 1943, que fueron revisados con las leyes generales de cooperativas de 1974 y 1987. Sin olvidar la relevancia y significación que tuvo la ley sobre el régimen del suelo y su ordenación urbana de 1956, elemento fundamental para comprender los procesos urbanizadores durante el periodo desarrollista. THE TRANSFER OF RAILWAY LAND TO COOPERATIVES

Housing legislation during the Franco regime was subject to the successive laws of 1939, 1954 and 1968, with their respective regulations, in addition to the 1942 law on cooperation and its 1943 regulations, which were revised with the general laws on cooperatives of 1974 and 1987. Not forgetting the relevance and significance of the 1956 law on the land regime and urban planning, a fundamental element for understanding the urban development processes during the developmentalist period.
